  • Four AI Roundtables this October: Everyone, Nurses, Teachers and Parents

Cimore is hosting four free online roundtables in the last week of October. Each one is a candid, peer-only hour: no vendors, no pitches, just people in the same line of work comparing how they actually use AI, what they will not hand over, and why.

    The schedule

    • AI Roundtable for Everyone, Monday, October 26, 7:00 to 8:00 pm
    • Nurses AI Roundtable, Tuesday, October 27, 4:30 to 5:30 pm
    • Teachers AI Roundtable, Tuesday, October 27, 7:00 to 8:00 pm
    • Parents AI Roundtable, Wednesday, October 28, 12:00 pm

All four are online. Registration is free and seats are limited so the conversation stays small enough for everyone to speak.

    Why roundtables

Cimore’s research starts with what people in a profession see firsthand. A survey tells us what is happening. A roundtable tells us why it matters, which is what shapes the questions we ask next and the recommendations we publish. What you share in the room stays anonymous in anything we write.

If you have already taken one of the Human Choice surveys, the roundtable is the natural next step. If you have not, you are still welcome.

  • Cimore is now a 501(c)(3) public charity

The IRS has recognized Cimore as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity. The determination letter is dated August 24, 2026, and the exemption is effective from July 22, 2026, the day Cimore was incorporated.

    What it means for donors

Donations to Cimore are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law, retroactive to July 22, 2026. If you gave before the letter arrived, your gift qualifies.

Store purchases are different. Merchandise is a sale, not a donation, so it is not deductible. 100% of profits from the store do fund our research and community programs.

What it means for the work

Public charity status lets Cimore apply for foundation grants, partner with schools and hospitals that require it, and take on the kind of multi-year research that a brand-new organization cannot fund from small gifts alone. It also comes with obligations: an annual filing with the IRS and California, and the public accountability that goes with it. We will publish our first annual report after the 2026 year closes.

  • The Cimore Community is open

Cimore’s online community is open to everyone. It is free, it is organized by the kind of work you do, and it is where our research questions come from.

    How it is organized

Members join spaces. Everyone is the open floor. Parents, Teachers, Nurses and Legal are for people in those roles to talk shop about what AI is changing and what they are doing about it. Get Started is a short orientation for new members.

    What happens there

    • Members share what AI is changing in their field, in their own words.
    • Cimore posts short surveys when they open and reports back on what we learn.
    • Questions get answered by people who have faced the same thing, not by a vendor.

    The ground rules

Cimore does not take sides. We are pro-humanity, neither pro-AI nor anti-AI. Members agree to keep the conversation respectful and to speak from their own experience. Signing up takes a few minutes and uses an emailed verification code.
